Who You Are:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate, Project Management (Associate, Client Services) to enrich our talented team – a self-starter with a curiosity to learn and take on more responsibility!
This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to launch a flourishing career in pharma market research and branding.
You will participate in comprehensive market research initiatives, co-manage projects, assist in developing strategic branding solutions, and contribute to a multitude of strategic initiatives across a variety of pharmaceutical clients and brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of projects, including background research, data organization & analyses, and internal presentations of findings.
- Develop and manage internal and external timelines, tracking project progression, and driving momentum forward.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the crafting of unique brand identities and marketing strategies.
- Engage in creative brainstorming sessions to propose innovative ideas and solutions.
- Assist in client/project prospecting and outreach.
Ideal Candidate:
- Possesses a natural curiosity and creative flair for market research and branding.
- Demonstrates ambition, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create organized and impactful findings and reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field (preferred but not required).
- While not required, a background in healthcare, biotechnology, or pharmaceuticals is beneficial.
- Ability to sustain occasionally unconventional hours of operation.
- Passionate about translating findings into actionable insights.
